Ready-Made Items

Returns are accepted for ready-made items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Made-to-Order Items

All made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, as they are crafted specifically to your measurements and fabric choices.

If your made-to-order item arrives with a physical flaw or craftsmanship issue, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. These cases will be reviewed on an individual basis and a repair, replacement, or return will be issued when appropriate.
